Asia Pacific’s Business Aviation Growth Takes Centre Stage at the Inaugural Edition of BAAFEx
28 February 2025
SINGAPORE (28 February 2025) – The biennial Business Aviation Asia Forum & Expo (BAAFEx) is set to inaugurate its first edition with more than 50 participating companies confirmed and more than 2,000 trade visitors expected from across 38 countries.
"As the business aviation landscape continues to evolve, we believe this show presents an ideal opportunity to welcome industry leaders to the region to provide the impetus for the industry to grow through innovation and collaboration, particularly in Southeast Asia where business jet activity continues to show steady growth," says Leck Chet Lam, Managing Director of Experia Events.
There are just under 1,600 business jets in Asia and it is forecasted to exceed 1,900 by the end of 2034, according to the Aviation Week Intelligence Network.
Over the three days (4 - 6 March), BAAFEx becomes the focal point for business aviation in the region with a diverse mix of exhibitors representing a wide spectrum of the business aviation industry ecosystem. Some of the exhibitors include Amber Aviation, Bermuda Aircraft Registry, Boeing Business Jets, Dassault Aviation, Deer Jet, ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services, Gama Aviation, Glenair, Gogo | Satcom Direct, Lufthansa Technik, MedAire, Sino Jet, TAG Aviation, Viasat, Vista, World Fuel – A World Kinect Company and more.
A much-awaited aspect of BAAFEx is the aircraft static display which includes the:
- Amber Aviation Gulfstream G450, a mid-size business jet
- Dassault Falcon 8X, an ultra-long haul business jet
- VistaJet Global 7500, the world’s largest purpose-built business jet
BAAFEx 2025 also has a comprehensive conference agenda that brings together leaders from the business aviation industry to discuss topics ranging from regulations and safety, sustainable aviation solutions, innovations in inflight connectivity, advances in MRO and FBO, trends in the aircraft charter market and much more.
BAAFEx provides participants with extensive networking opportunities, further supporting the show’s position as Asia Pacific’s premiere event dedicated for business aviation that will play a significant role in shaping the future of the industry.
"The much-awaited BAAFEx 2025 promises to surpass all expectations, with a breathtaking showcase of diverse exhibits and a robust conference agenda, reaffirming our position as the region’s premier business aviation event," adds Leck.
BAAFEx 2025 is taking place at Singapore’s Changi Exhibition Centre. The event is supported by key industry organisations including the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA), Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) and the International Business Aviation Council.
